Regarding Guarantees
In order to promote sales of new, unproven paints, some manufacturers
have offered "unconditional guarantees". A careful
examination of these so-called guarantees will reveal the
fact that the final decision regarding the extent of the guarantee
is solely the decision of the paint manufacturer. In effect,
it does not guarantee anything. Reliable manufacturers of
safety coatings sell their products on the basis of reputation
and past performance and do not use any fictitious guarantees
to attract customers. Kelley Technical Coatings, Inc. has
produced safety coatings since 1951. Each year, through a
program of continuous and persistent testing and research,
we have been able to upgrade these products. We are specialists
in the production of safety coatings and we feel certain that
no finer safety coatings were ever offered to the industry.
After we ship safety coatings, we have no further control
over the application or any other conditions which could influence
the results obtained.
We do supply very complete special bulletins on each product.
If these recommendations are followed, the chance of failure
is remote.
