Pox-O-Fill Floor Patch

Pox-O-Fill is a two component epoxy patching compound used to “smooth up” rough surfaces and fill large cracks and holes. Stronger than concrete, Pox-O-Fill can be used for bonding other materials to concrete, or for installing equipment in concrete surfaces. Pox-O-Fill produces a permanent bond and can be coated in 8 hours.

Primers

• #309 Metal Primer - Used for priming bare metal and aluminum surfaces prior to the application of Convoy II. Coverage is approximately 250 Sq. Ft. per gallon.
  
  
• #219 Epoxy Metal Primer - Used for priming bare metal surfaces before applying Super Convoy or Super “X” Convoy. Coverage is approximately 250 Sq. Ft. per gallon.
  
  
• #215 Bonderite Aluminum Primer - Applied to bare aluminum surfaces before applying Super Convoy or Super “X” Convoy. Coverage is approximately 250 Sq. Ft. per gallon.
  
  
• #310 Convoy Wood Primer - Used to prime bare wood prior to application of Convoy II. Coverage is approximately 300 Sq. Ft. per gallon.

Solvents

• #1108 Solvent - Used for thinning and cleanup of Super “X” Convoy. Also for #309 Convoy Metal Primer and #310 Convoy Wood Primer.
  
  
• #1109 Solvent - Used for thinning and cleanup of #215 Bonderite Primer, #219 Epoxy Metal Primer and Super Convoy.

Surface Preparation Products

• #850 Oil Gone - Helps remove oil and grease concentrations, particularly oil soaked concrete.
  
  
• #910 Washing Compound - All purpose cleaner for removing surface concentrations of oil, grease, and dirt. Also neutralizes acid after etching concrete.
  
  
• #970 Rust Remover - Removes rust from metal surfaces.
  
  
• Muriatic Acid - Etches bare concrete to allow penetration of Convoy coatings.
